Dear Vendors,

Please print this page and complete the form (left) and mail to Paragon Promotions with your check. A receipt showing your space numbers will be returned to you. Bring the receipt with you, thus eliminating lines and confusion at vendor registrations.

If payments are postmarked by Feb. 24, the prices on the pre-registration will apply. Anything after cut-off date, spaces will increase $5.00 per space. This is usually a sold out swap meet. Advance payment does not guarantee a reservation. IF WE CANNOT PLACE YOU, REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.

If you have any questions, please call 1-269-624-BIKE or 1-800-800-6034. You will need to bring something to spread your parts on, as any damage to the carpeting will be charged to us and, in turn, we will have to forward that charge to you. Also, the NO SMOKING rule will be strictly enforced. Please, no vehicles in the building until 5:00 p.m., as we are still open. No sale of illegal items on stadium property. If you are going to raffle, you must have your Michigan liquor control license number with you.
